CASA Volunteer Training – Fall 2026

You Can Change a Child’s Story

CASA of Lowndes & Echols Counties is recruiting volunteers for our Fall 2026 CASA Training Class. CASA volunteers serve as advocates for children experiencing foster care, helping ensure their voices are heard in court and throughout the child welfare system.

Through this training, you will learn how to support children who have experienced abuse or neglect and help them move toward safe, stable, and permanent homes.

Training Schedule

All sessions begin at 5:30 PM

Sept. 16 – Orientation / Chapter 1
Sept. 23 – Chapter 2
Sept. 30 – Chapter 3
Oct. 7 – Chapter 4
Oct. 14 – Chapter 5
Oct. 21 – Chapter 6
Oct. 28 – Chapter 7
Nov. 3 – Chapter 8

Swearing-In Ceremony: TBD
